Energy Justice Summer
What is EJS?
Accountable Community Work - Our political processes systematically disenfranchise many of the people who are most directly affected by the decisions made therein. Energy Justice Summer's community outreach projects are designed to empower and amplify the voices of those individuals who are directly affected by dirty energy industries.
Social Change - We use truth and people power to accomplish lasting and just social change. Legitimate solutions must be of and for the people they affect.
Training Camps - Each of our three projects will center around a multiple day training camp. Youth and community members will share and learn skills and info in community organizing, environmental justice, network building, climate change, and more.
