First add information that applies directly to a facility. After adding the facilty you will get a second page where, if you know it, you can add more detailed information about the facility's units (aka generators).

NOTE: Before you add a facility please make sure that it isn't already included. Because a facility can go by several names, try searching for a small part of the name or the area where it is located.
