This is not an incinerator, but would make trash into pelletized fuel to be incinerated in coal power plants or other industrial boilers.

The facility would be added-on to the large single-stream recycling facility that WM opened in 2011. In 2012 there's rumor of Philadelphia building an incinerator, so this could be a step in that process.
