Notes
Financing from JP Morgan Chase

This is proposed in an industrial 'park' alongside an ethanol facility (Spirit Ethanol), a malt processing plant. This plant is a combined heat and power plant, providing steam to Cargill's malting plant.

Applied for funding under ND's Lignite Vision 21 Project : see http://www.epsa.org/competition/index.cfm?section=competition, http://www.greatriverenergy.com/HTML/press/pre_01_Vision21.htm

Lignite coal will come from the Falkirk mine. Because it is under 100MW it did not need a siting permit by state law.
Will provide steam to existing Cargill barley malting plant and proposed Newman Group ETHANOL plant.
