This one billion dollar project exploded while under construction in February 2010. Kleen Energy LLC plans to open the gas plant 'no later than June 2011' even though it was 97% complete at the time of the explosion.

Residents nearby to the plant claim that their property values have gone down, they oppose the plant's construction.

The Febuary explosion killed six, injured more than two dozen, and prompted numerous investigations.
