Notes
1/3/2012 (Concord Monitor) "An initial plan to construct both the power plant and greenhouses at the abandoned BioEnergy site was derailed by flooding concerns at the property. Rosen then suggested pumping excess heat from a power plant at the BioEnergy site a mile away to greenhouses built on a lot owned by John Herrick. But earlier this year, Rosen said that plan was no longer financially feasible due to declining prices of energy. He abandoned the BioEnergy site and instead proposed constructing a joint facility, fueled by natural gas, on Herrick's property. Natural gas lines, though, don't run to Hopkinton, leaving Rosen in search of a company willing to extend a pipe the 12 miles to Herrick's property. That, coupled with declining electricity prices, proved to be too expensive"
