This proposal is located on the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs OR. The tribe will provide 40% of the fuel necessary to power this facility. The plant will burn timber from the federal and tribal land as well as pallets and construction waste from Portland and other urban centers.

This will be built on 100 acres of vacant industrial land two miles northeast of Warm Springs
