Notes
Damaged in June 2008 flood. FEMA pledged $ for repair (expected to last 5-8 years) and for building a new incinerator; later retracted all but $18 million. Facility was partially online by 5/2010 but shut down again until at least 11/2010, probably longer. Restarted at some point and went offline again on 9/1/2011 for planned repairs expected to take several months; interrupted by conveyor fire in 2/2012. Sludge has meantime been going to IL landfill and to local farm fields.
