1) $12 million for a Refuse Derived-Fuel facility to pelletize trash, compostables and sewage sludge; these pellets (dirtier than coal) will be marketed to burners throughout the region
2) $50 million for a gasification plant to turn 10% of these fuel pellets into gas that will be converted to liquid fuels
