Waste Management Process Engineered Fuel facility
Proposed
Address

Bleigh Ave & Delaware River
Philadelphia, PA 19136
United States
Philadelphia County
Latitude: 40.02249
Longitude: -75.02409
Pelletization Plant
Cost (in millions): 20
Notes
This is not an incinerator, but would make trash into pelletized fuel to be incinerated in coal power plants or other industrial boilers.

The facility would be added-on to the large single-stream recycling facility that WM opened in 2011. In 2012 there's rumor of Philadelphia building an incinerator, so this could be a step in that process.
